Thank you for using Minim — Habit Tracker ("Minim", "the App", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our iPhone application. We have designed Minim with privacy as a core principle: we do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to our servers.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Minim does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information about you to our servers. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Your name, email address, or contact information
• Your location data
• Your device identifiers for tracking purposes
• Analytics or usage statistics
• Crash reports containing personal information

We do not require you to create an account to use Minim.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

Minim stores the following information locally on your device:

• Habits you create (names, emojis, frequencies, and settings)
• Your completion records (which habits you marked as done and on which dates)
• Your streak counts and statistics
• App preferences and settings

This information never leaves your device except through iCloud sync, as described below.

3. iCloud Sync

Minim uses Apple's iCloud service (via CloudKit) to back up and sync your habit data across your Apple devices. When iCloud sync is enabled:
